BREATHE & GLOW ESTHETICS Appointment & Cancellation Policy Thank you for choosing Breathe & Glow Esthetics. Your time is valuable, and each appointment is thoughtfully reserved to provide you with a relaxing, personalized experience. To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, the following policies are in place: BOOKING & CARD ON FILE A valid card on file is required to reserve all appointments. By booking, you agree to the policies outlined below. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING We kindly require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or appointment changes. LATE CANCELLATIONS Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% service charge. NO-SHOW POLICY Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. LATE ARRIVALS- 10 minute grace period. To maintain a seamless experience for all guests, late arrivals may result in a shortened service. If there is insufficient time to complete your treatment, the appointment will be considered a late cancellation and charged accordingly. EMERGENCIES & COURTESY We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. Please reach out as soon as possible, and accommodations may be made at our discretion.
